Upload the IO schedule you already have
Use the Excel sheet the job already runs on. You don't need IT to sign anything off before you start.

Tick each point on your phone
Each point shows its wiring details, its line from the schedule and its drawing. It still works in a plant room with no signal. Your initials and the time go on every result automatically.

Download the sheet with the results in
You get your own spreadsheet back with the results filled in, written the way that sheet already expects. There's a PDF commissioning report too. No more typing results into Excel at night.

Made for how a P2P sheet really gets done on site.
Most of us still work from a printed IO schedule and a pen, then type it all up later. PointCert puts the same schedule on your phone so the results are in the sheet as soon as you tick them.
You set up your company's sheet layout once. After that, new jobs on the same layout just work.
Your own spreadsheet comes back filled in
You upload the IO schedule you already use and download the same file with the results in. Nobody else on the job has to change how they work.
It works without signal
Plant rooms and risers rarely have signal. PointCert keeps working offline on your phone and syncs when you're back in range.
Set up a job in one upload
Upload the job's files together: IO schedules, drawings, points maps and controller files. You get one panel per IO schedule, drawings are matched by panel tag or drawing number, and duplicates or old revisions are flagged.
Set up your company's sheet once
When you start, you tell it which columns hold what, how a result is written and how dates are written. After that, any job on the same sheet layout is picked up and filled in without setting it up again.
The drawing is on the point
Relay, cable, core and terminal numbers sit with the schedule line. View drawing opens the right sheet at the right page, even offline. No more flicking through a printed set on a clipboard.
Initials and time on every result
Each result records who made it and when. Initials are set per user, so you never end up with a blank stamp on a shared phone.
Snags, photos and a PDF report
Raise snags, add photos and leave notes on a point. When the sheet is done, export a PDF commissioning report alongside the spreadsheet.
How your data is kept
Data is encrypted in transit and each company's data is kept separate. What you can see depends on the role you've been given. We don't claim any security certification.
We plan to add a direct SharePoint or OneDrive connection later as an add-on, but you don't need it to start. Nothing here needs a login to a client's system.
Team plan
The whole team works on the same sheet from their own phones.
The project manager sets up the job, uploads the schedules and invites the engineers. Everyone ticks the same sheets, and the PM downloads the finished spreadsheet and report. When the witness comes round, they can sign off in the app. You can adjust the roles for your company.
Admin
Runs the company account and who can do what.
Project manager
Creates the project, uploads the schedules, invites the engineers, downloads the Excel.
Engineer
Ticks points, raises snags and countersigns an apprentice's results.
Apprentice
Works the same sheets. Results are countersigned by an engineer.
Witness / client
Can see everything and sign off as witness, but can't change results.
Viewer
Can look at the sheets but can't tick anything.
Pricing
There will be a Solo plan and a Team plan. We'll share prices with the waiting list first.
PointCert will be paid. People on the waiting list will get early-access pricing. We're not publishing prices until it's ready, and you'll know the price before you're asked to pay anything.
Team
The project manager sets up the job and invites the engineers. Everyone works on the same sheets, and there's one download when it's finished.
